Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. No. 679/2016 (hereinafter GDPR) the Youth Company LTD, (hereinafter the Data Controller), as Data Controller of personal data, hereby intends to provide the following information regarding the manner in which the data will be processed provided.

This page describes how to manage the personal data acquired through this site (navigation log and cookies) and other related services, which involve interaction with the user:

  • contact form;
  • customer data sheet;

This is an information notice, provided pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, valid exclusively for the website www.copy-me.it and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Users (hereinafter “interested”, pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1 of the GDPR) are informed of the following general profiles, valid for all areas of processing:

all data are processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner towards the interested party, in compliance with the general principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR;
specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access;
the Data Controller is the undersigned Company, in the person of the legal representative to whom it is possible to contact to exercise all the rights provided for by articles 15-21 of the GDPR (right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability, of opposition), as well as revoke a previously granted consent; in case of non-response to their requests, interested parties can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data (GDPR – Article 13, paragraph 2, letter d).
SPECIFIC INFORMATION

2.1 Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could – through processing and association with data held by third parties – allow users to be identified. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site (legitimate interests of the owner).

Scope of communication (GDPR-Article 13, paragraph 1, letter e, f)

The data are processed exclusively by internal personnel, duly authorized and trained in the processing (GDPR-Art.29) and will not be disclosed to external subjects, disseminated or transferred to non-EU countries. Only in the event of an investigation can they be made available to the competent authorities.

The Copy me newsletter allows constant and extensive in-depth analysis of useful information in the Trading sector, events and initiatives, products / services offered by Copy-me, as well as any promotional offers.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing (GDPR-Article 13, paragraph 1, letter c)

Only the email address is requested, for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter. Registration is subject to the acceptance of specific, free and informed consent (GDPR-Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a)

Scope of communication (GDPR-Article 13, paragraph 1, letter e, f)

The data is processed exclusively by duly authorized and trained personnel (GDPR-Art.29). The company providing the technological platform and its representatives will be able to access the data, only for maintenance purposes.

Data retention period (GDPR-Article 13, paragraph 2, letter a)

The data are kept until the possible “unsubscribe”, freely available at any time through the link at the bottom of each message sent.

Contribution (GDPR-Article 13, paragraph 2, letter f)

Failure to provide the email address and consent will make it impossible to obtain the newsletter service.

2.4 Contact form

The page allows the interested party to request information of any type from Copy-Me. The surname, name, company, telephone number and email of the contact are required in order to provide the service.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing (GDPR-Article 13, paragraph 1, letter c)

The identification and contact data necessary to be able to respond promptly to requests made by the interested party are requested. The submission of the request is subject to the specific, free and informed consent (GDPR-Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) documented through a special check-box (GDPR-Article 7, paragraph 1)

2.6 Customer data sheet

The page allows the interested party to send their spontaneous registration to the Copy-Me platform as a customer. The identification data of the customer are requested such as company name, headquarters, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, contact person, VAT number, social security number, recipient code and certified e-mail (PEC) of the individual, and which will be managed by the staff of Copy-me

Purpose and legal basis of the processing (GDPR-Article 13, paragraph 1, letter c)

The identification and contact data necessary to be able to respond promptly to requests made by the interested party are requested. The submission of the request is subject to the specific, free and informed consent (GDPR-Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) documented through a special check-box (GDPR-Article 7, paragraph 1).

The sender remains solely responsible for the relevance and accuracy of the data sent.

It should be noted that any registrations without authorization to process data will be immediately deleted.

CUSTOMER AREA

Access to the CUSTOMER AREA is reserved for customers who have been assigned specific access credentials (user and password) for the administration of internet services.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic and / or ordinary mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the messageRIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Interested parties may exercise the following rights recognized by the Privacy Code and the GDPR regarding the personal data processing activities carried out by the Data Controller:

access: the interested party can request information regarding the existence or not of a treatment in place at the Data Controller, as well as further clarifications about the information referred to in this Notice within the limits of reasonableness and collectability, as well as to receive the data themselves;

rectification: the interested party may request to rectify or supplement the data provided or in any case in the possession of the Data Controller, if these are inaccurate;

cancellation (oblivion): the interested party can request the cancellation of the data acquired and processed by the Data Controller, if these are no longer necessary for the purposes described in paragraph 4 (“purposes and methods of treatment”), provided that there are no disputes or existing disputes with the Data Controller, or in cases of withdrawal of consent, opposition to processing, unlawful processing, or where there is an obligation to cancel;

the limitation: the interested party may request the limitation of the processing of his personal data where one of the conditions provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR and with the exception of what is stated in paragraph 2 of the same article.

Opposition: the interested party may object to the processing of his data at any time, unless there are legitimate reasons that allow the Data Controller to proceed with the processing in the same way, such as, for example, the need for out-of-court or judicial defense. If, for technical reasons, following the exercise of the right of opposition, the interested party continues to receive further promotional messages after 24 hours have elapsed from the request to exercise the right of opposition, the same can report the problem to the Data Controller using the contacts indicated at the bottom of this article.

portability: the interested party can request to receive personal data concerning him, or request its transmission to another holder in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device.

withdrawal of consent: the interested party can exercise the right to withdraw consent at any time, pursuant to art. 7, paragraph 3, GDPR, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing activities already carried out on the basis of the consent previously given.
